Weekend of November 14 and November 15 2009 Texas Record Collectors' Party Broadcast with Eddie The Collector, Matt From College Station, Christian From Austin and Dismuke 5 hours Big Band/Swing Era (1935-1942) Broadcast with Matt From College Station and Dismuke 4 hours Ragtime Era (1900-1918) Broadcast with Christian From Austin and Dismuke 2 hours Radio Dismuke is pleased to announce three special broadcasts on the weekend of November 14th and November 15th. 2009 Texas Record Collectors' Party Broadcast - Eddie The Collector, Matt From College Station, Christian From Austin and Dismuke come together from various parts of Texas to meet up in Waco, Texas to take turns spinning fun and interesting 1920s and 1930s 78 rpms from their respective record collections. Big Band/Swing Era (1935-1942) Broadcast - Matt From College Station and Dismuke present 4 hours of great 78 rpm recordings from the period immediately following that which is normally featured on Radio Dismuke. Ragtime Era (1900 - 1918) Broadcast - Christian From Austin and Dismuke present 2 hours of vintage recordings from the period immediately prior to that which is normally featured on Radio Dismuke. All three programs will air back-to-back in continuous rotation stating with the Texas Record Collectors' Party Broadcast on Saturday November 14 at 9:00 AM Central Time followed by the Big Band/Swing Era Broadcast and then by the Ragtime Era Broadcast. The rotation will repeat throughout November 14 and November 15.
